Since 1967, the New Resident Club of Cape Coral (www.newresidentclub.org) has successfully promoted the businesses and the newcomers of Cape Coral to each other and has provided a venue for establishing new friends. The NRC's 40th Anniversary gala on September 27, 2007 drew local dignitaries as well as nearly 350 current and former members to celebrate this long history.
