Event Description: Each year, we end this annual lecture series by meeting a few of the 26,450 individuals designated by Yad Vashem in Jerusalem as Righteous Among The Nations. These non-Jews risked their lives, the lives of their families and the safety of others in order to save Jews during the Holocaust. Factual stories will be told of the Huguenots, Catholics and Protestants who received this honor. These individuals defined themselves as willing to risk everything to save lives, knowing they may have to pay the ultimate price for their heroism, at the hands of the Nazis and their collaborators.
