Event Description: What is a refugee? Who are they? What is to be done? Refugees are a hot-button challenge in the world today. This course discusses the legal framework and practical aspects of refugee protection, return and resettlement. The course is based on the instructor’s research and his many years of refugee work in Southeast Asia and the Balkans.
