Event Description: Attendees will be assigned passage on one of the three ships that came to symbolize the silence, indifference and complicity of the Western democracies in refusing to aid those desperate passengers fleeing the Nazi tyranny with the hope to live and survive in a safe haven. Each attendee will personally experience the voyage on the assigned ship. Through the lecture, attendees will “meet” fellow passengers and share their journey and final destination.
