Event Description: Did you know you have a greater risk of becoming a victim of identity theft by avoiding the internet? Nearly every organization offers the ability to monitor your accounts online. If you are not setting up your online accounts, you are leaving it open for a criminal to set them up on your behalf. This is known as account takeover. Basically the criminal has taken over your account online. In this workshop, you will learn about account takeover and steps to take to reduce your risk both online and offline. Regardless of if you choose to use online or not, you will still benefit from this workshop. Cost: $25 per person $20 for members of IFI partners All IFI workshops will be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted. All workshops will be held at the Hodges University Naples campus located at 2647 Professional Way, Naples, FL 34119. Room number will be provided at the Stock Building front desk.
