Event Description: Hodges University's Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning is hosting Ann Fisher, who will present "Aging Wisely." What does the current research tell us about the keys to healthy aging? How can we apply this knowledge to approach the challenges and opportunities of our own later years? We will discuss practical strategies for enhanced physical, emotional and spiritual well-being – allowing us to age wisely.
