Event Description: Hodges University's Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning is hosting Ann Fisher, who will present "Positive Psychology." Psychology has traditionally focused on people’s problems or dysfunction. Positive psychology is a relatively new field that focuses on the factors that contribute positively to mental health and well-being. Positive psychology draws from recent research in neuroscience and provides practical insight on ways we can improve our psychological well-being and cultivate an optimistic, resilient mindset.
