Event Description: Have you ever thought about writing your life story but didn’t know where to begin? Join us to learn more about ‘Guided Autobiography,’ a class to assist and support adults in writing and sharing stories from their lives and experiences. We all have a 'story within' just waiting to be told. Participants are asked to bring one photo that has special significance or meaning with them to the presentation.
