Event Description: The women’s suffrage movement was born out of a convention held in Seneca Falls, New York, in 1848. This group of women, along with a few men, began the struggle that would continue through WWI. Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony and Lucretia Mott led this march for women’s equality.
