Dress for Success dresses women (and now men) who are coming back into the workforce, new to the workforce, or have some type of barrier to employment — never worked, are rejoining the workforce after caring for their children, or coming out of a recovery or an abuse situation and now need to work to support their children.

Dress for Success provides professional clothing and counseling for each of our women. When a client secures a job interview, we provide her with one free business suit, as well as the appropriate accessories, footwear, and cosmetic/toiletry items. When she successfully lands the job, she returns to Dress for Success for up to one week’s worth of business attire.

Since opening our doors in 2010, Dress for Success SW Florida has helped over 5000 women. We offer a number of programs to help women find and retain employment through our Women Empowered Through Employment Series (WETES), and Professional Women’s Group (PWG). Dress for Success SW Florida empowers and impacts women in Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades and Charlotte counties.
