Nancy Travis serves as a Nurse Coach for the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative. As a Nurse Coach she works with several hospitals in the state to achieve metrics in state-wide perinatal initiatives.  She has over 40 years of maternal child nursing leadership experience in high and low-risk environments.   She has received recognition as a Mother Friendly Nurse from the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services and a Golden Baby Shoe from Healthy Start of SW Florida.   She received the 2024 AWHONN Award of Excellence in Leadership.
