Next Steps Employment Services is a small, nonprofit organization that started in October of 2016.

At Next Steps Employment Services, we have decades of combined experience working with people with disabilities. During this time, we’ve witnessed firsthand that those with disabilities are being left out of the workforce. We have a clear awareness and alertness for the diversity of disabilities in the participants that we work with. Our experience, combined with compassion at the core, benefits clients in the everyday challenges they may encounter. Our Board of Directors is made up of individuals who have many years of experience assisting students, adults, and veterans with a host of disabilities. They are passionate, hardworking, and committed to changing the lives of those who struggle just to navigate it. They’re eager to help participants become more employable, successful and independent in both their personal and working lives.
