Having over 30 years food and beverage experience my very first job was a fry cook at the age of 16, preparing fried clams and fish n chips. I have cooked in fine dining restaurants in both Providence RI and Boston MA. I have owned my own personal chef and catering business for the past 12 years here in Fort Myers, and now, my goal is to bring my love of cooking, together with the flavors of New England, to Florida's Gulf Coast.
