ADVANCED LEADERSHIP COURSES ARE FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS IN THE 2014 PROGRAM ONLY

Module 7: Financial Acumen and Action Planning
Participants will de-mystify the competency and focus on aligning financial management with business goals.

• Prioritizing short and long term business goals
• Linking financial systems and activities with priorities
• Participants will conclude the series by sharing highlights and progress from their respective action plan.
