Event Description:

 

SESSION 2
In this continuing program, participants will explore vital and current concepts and tools to help refine their leadership skills in order to maximize business results.  Each module in the series will be offered every three months (quarterly), will be 2.5 hours in length, held on Friday’s from 9:00 – 11:30,followed by a sponsored networking lunch.  All sessions will be held at Keiser University in Fort Myers.  A variety of instructional methods will be utilized, including mini lectures, video, simulation, case studies and facilitated discussion.

SESSION 2
Emotional Intelligence (September 5, 2014)
Participants will explore the four domains of emotional intelligence, complete a self-assessment and determine areas of growth to achieve maximum leadership effectiveness.

SESSION 3
Facilitating Team Building (December 5, 2014)
Participants will participate in active team exercises that they can bring back and facilitate with their own work teams.
