Event Description: Hodges University's Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning is hosting Hodges Professor Dr. Wes Boozer, who will present "Astrid Lindgren: The Mother of Pippi Longstocking." In this presentation, we will explore the life of Sweden's most popular author, Astrid Lindgren. She is best known for her much loved character, Pippi Longstocking, the protagonist in one of the most translated series of books in the world. This class is free and open to the public.
