Our 20 month old Shih Tzu absolutely love her daycare at Glamour Paws. She's a regular, going two days a week, and she literally jumps out of my arms when we walk in because she's so excited to be there. Everyone at Glamour Paws are very loving and attentive with our girl. We use the daycare and grooming at Glamour Paws and both are top notch. We feel so lucky to have found such a great place!

We had a tragic experience at this location, so please proceed with caution. They took a very aggressive action that left our fur baby in the emergency room. Went to discuss with the owner or manger got 0 empathy and actually an aggressive unprofessional response. In the end the extra $199 for the ER vet was not the main issue. it was how Glamour paws treated the dog and the owner not taking any responsibility for their mistake in being to aggressive with the dog causing pain, meds, anxiety ... very sad.

With all due respect, you are not telling the truth. We did not injure your dog in any way. Your dog came in with what was clearly an infection of the sanitary area, which we pointed out to you. The area had dark discharge and matting and we cleaned that up for you. We made you aware of the situation. Your dog then went home and proceeded to lick the area incessantly, causing the area to swell as you told us. We clearly informed you of the situation and what was going on. The vet has confirmed your dog does have an infection and it is being treated with antibiotics. The silver lining here is that your dog is now being treated and without us making you aware of the situation she would still be undiagnosed and untreated.

Very friendly, I have been taking my goldendoodle there for a year, love the hair cuts everytime. Highly recommended.

I took my cat to have knots removed from his chest stomach, back of legs, they lion cut him , completely removed all his fur, called to have a response we will note that next time .I didn't ask for all his fur to be shaved the words lion cut was never uttered from me or the person checking us in. The owner responded to my review on glamour paws cape coral web site stating that I was in the wrong & confused ,I responded to their response & my review has been removed from their website so are their reviews really honest if only the ones they like are up. I paid $115.00 the price wouldn't have bothered me if they would have done what I asked. The owners response is false no one ever said lion cut, no one said remove every bit of his fur, when we checked in two dogs were being checked in it was chaotic, I'm sure they have cameras please check them I assure you lion cut was never said. We can't change what happened, A simple sorry would have worked when I first reached out when I called I didn't want my money back just some, any , even just a little understanding but what I received was blame . Every bit of your response to this review is wrong. If your definition of multiple is asking me once what I wanted then please considered what multiple times means, again check your cameras, advice to anyone record your intentions.

We apologize if there was a disconnect in describing the service you wanted. However we were very descriptive when you checked in on the exact service. We asked you several times and clearly described exactly what you were going to be getting. We are confident in how we detailed the service. So confident in fact that 2 employees were present during your check in both confirming the details. There are several areas of your review that are simply not true. The service was exactly phrased as a "lion cut" which you agreed to. You were asked multiple times if you were sure as you seemed in-decisive.

This is prime example of how you treat customers.
You falsely said you were the owner and your not.
The photo is a burn from the groomer.
You and the manger were extremely rude, nasty and so unprofessional.
You don't bring up personal conversations that has nothing to do with the Manger not relaying to the groomer what we discussed about in reference to the cut for my poodle. And how she acted while I was trying to explain it to her over all the barking in the shop.
This is my first poodle and trying to explain to her and her getting extremely agitated and rude is not how you treat a customer.
I am not the only customer who does not like being treated like that and would never go back for all kinds of negative reasons.
My puppy is pretty. Not because of what your unprofessional company did . nothing what I asked for in her cut was done. She came out with a simple puppy cut. And the rude in your face Manager Micha said the cut I wanted was more detailed and will take longer so that is why it will be more money. Then my dog comes out with a simple puppy cut and did nothing what we discussed and didn't clip her declaw and I told her she has one. And again got defensive and said we do all the nails .
being treated in that respect shows the type of people that run that place.
And you are not the owner.
I would have paid the groomer only since it is not her fault that nasty, rude incompetent people run that store. And she obviously didn't explain to the groomer exactly what we talked about.

Karen, We've been patiently waiting your review as we knew it would be coming. First we'd like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing client base of wonderful regulars who have been with us for years. We appreciate you all. However, every once in a while you get a customer who's main goal is a free service. You have left out some key elements of your review. When I asked you about the quality of the groom, your exact reply: "she looked pretty". I then asked why you deserved to not pay and your exact words: "because how I was treated". You verbally abused 3 different employees. You asked us if we would assist you in re-homing your dog because your husband does not want her. You also left out the fact that you charged back the transaction with your bank. I would advise you to be careful moving forward. Making a habit of paying businesses and receiving product or service then charging back may catch up with you. Ultimately that is fraud.

I went in to explain what I want.
All you hear are dogs barking so you have to yell. The manager was so nasty. She was getting so rude and impatient with me.
This is my first poodle so I tried explaining what I want done. I said bell bottom legs, do the tail to a certain point.
Make sure you cut nails , especially the one declaw she has.
I went once before there. They never did the dew claw or tail. I was charged 95 the first time 6 weeks ago.
This time she said it will be 115 because she is bigger and what I want is more detailed.
Mind you my 8 month is not that much bigger it from 6 weeks ago. My girlfriend who has a standard poodle said make sure she does these certain things so I said well she was very impatient and just wanted to take the dog back in the room apart and it was so loud with all the dogs barking. So she said I'll come back in and explain it to her. Mind you that was only 10 minute conversation with her the first time and when my girlfriend came back 10 minutes later it was another 10 minutes total 20 minutes maybe the most. Again it was so loud and my girlfriend's trying to explain it to her and she was getting very nasty very annoyed very impatient. This is the manager mind you. And I am the paying customer. I go back to pick up my dog it is a simple puppy cut nothing that I explained to her very simple cut. Mind you she said it was going to be a more intricate cut and longer time. Plus she never did the decor plus she never did the tail at all. And I'm putting a picture up the groomer burned my puppy's belly.
I called her to tell her after I went home everything that I just explained and she got so nasty and said I need to go look for another groomer. Then I called who I thought was the owner which I was told by another girl in the Cape Coral groomers.
He answered the phone. I explained everything that happened. He asked for my name and said let me look up your file can I put you on hold I said yes. I knew what he was doing he was calling over to the other office to speak to that manager. He got back on the phone and was so nasty just like the other manager and backed up the other manager instead of listening to me and wanting to be nice to a paying customer and and told me to not come back and find another groomer. He wouldn't offer any money back and he was so nasty. And I found out he is not the owner. Please stay away from this business. I just want to want everyone about this company. Attached is the a picture of my poodle's belly where they burned her. Obviously I will not give them any stars please please stay away from all glamor

These folks are pricey, but it's worth it!
I have a medium haired Norwegian Tabby who has a DENSE under coat and makes the most pitiful sounds when I brush him. During one of those mutually heart wrenching sessions I noticed he had developed some sneaky mats under his arms and legs. I knew it was too much for me so it was time to get a pro involved!
The cat groomer here (Jackie I think?) got rid of the mats, did a fantastic shave job on his sani area/ belly (I love his fluffy look and she maintained it beautifully), and REALLY cleared out his undercoat!!!
My cat looks so fresh and clean now, and he is the softest, silkiest thing I've ever touched. Bonus -he's so lovey today and I bet it's because he feels so much better!!

We wish we had an opportunity to resolve any issues you may have had. we have no record of a customer with your name "Eileen L". You also gave no details of your dog or the service you received. Unfortunately this gives us no ability to fix any possible issues. We feel a 1 star review with no opportunity to resolve the issue may be a unfair.

I have been taking my golden doodle Aubri to Glamour Paws for over a year now and they never disappoint! Everyone is so nice and always so happy to see my Aubri. I bring her in shaggy and matted and she leaves looking beautiful!
