Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is providing the “Seafood Treasures” summer dining experience at its newly-renovated Tarpon Bay restaurant.
The “Seafood Treasures” dining special features a three-course dinner for two people. The first course includes Chef’s daily amuse bouche followed by a serving of a Tuscan beet salad. The entrée course is a miso black cod served with creamy polenta and grilled bok choy. For dessert, diners can enjoy a serving of house-made chocolate lava cake. Each table receives a bottle of house wine to complement their dining experience.
The three-course dinner special is available during the restaurant’s normal operating hours, between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. each day. It is $90 for two people.
