Let's get straight to the point. Cape Coral needs a new Mayor! The Cape Coral Citizens are tired of being ignored. Concerns are being pushed aside and even the podium in the Council Chambers has been moved right next to the door. Is that so people can be expeditiously removed? The local Government could not be more clear about how they feel about the residents of Cape Coral. We have been collectively left behind while developers, special interests, and unbelievably expensive projects have taken over. I have served over 32 years in the Army and Retired as a Special Forces Seargeant Major. When duty called, I deployed to the most dangerous, inhospitable and challenging places throughout the world. We were trained in accomplishing the impossible with minimal resources while under constant threat. Today, the fight comes to Cape Coral. We are fighting for our neighbors and our fellow citizens. We cannot sit idly by while our way of life slips by us.
