Standing strong beside him are two distinguished military veterans who bring that same honor and discipline to our community: Scott Bass, a highly decorated 28-year US Army Veteran of Operation Desert Storm/Shield and Operation Enduring Freedom, and Sandra Roberts, a US Navy Veteran who deployed aboard the USS Enterprise during the events of September 11. Together, under Chef G's culinary leadership, they honor the past while serving you a vibrant, flavorful future with every single dish.
